What happens in the first call

Before the call. Send me a few lines on the launch you are planning: the market or business line, where it stands, and what has stopped it so far. If your company publishes reports, I read the latest ones before we speak.

In the call (45 minutes). We check the fit and define what the Design phase would cover. We go through the launch and the six questions that show where it could stall: who owns it, what the incentives reward, who the buyer is, what the model and the channel role are, where the knowledge sits, and how the operator is briefed. You will leave with a clearer view of the risks, whether or not we work together.

After the call. Within a week you hear from me. Either I send a proposal letter for Design, with the scope, the three-month plan and the fee, or I tell you plainly why I am not the right fit or why it is too early. A Design fits when there is a named launch, someone who will own it, a budget path for the Design fee, and a start within the next three months.
