How I workLead · execution · specialists

I lead the launch. Your team or a partner runs it.

I do not run your sales or build your software. I set the conditions above the people who do, measure them against the targets we agreed, and report to you until the business line runs without me.

Three roles

One lead sets the conditions. Others build and run against them.

Me

Lead and conditions

I set the buyer definition, the model, the channel role and the incentives, write the brief for whoever executes, and report to you against the targets. Until there is an internal owner for the new line, I act as its lead.

Execution partners

Build and run

Your own team, a product studio for a platform and digital backend, or an agency for brand, outreach and sales enablement. I write their brief and the targets they are measured on. Partners are chosen per launch, and you contract them either through Altered Principles or directly, as agreed in the proposal letter.

Trusted specialists

Depth on demand

A small bench of senior freelancers I have delivered with, brought in for depth or continuity, so the launch never hangs on one person.

How my time is spent

Most of my time goes into Design. After that, the rhythm gets lighter.

  1. 01 Design

Three months. This is where I do most of the work myself.

  2. 02 Prove

A few days a month, leading, reporting to you and keeping the internal stakeholders aligned.

  3. 03 Scale

A lighter rhythm of reviews and reporting.

  4. 04 Transfer

A final review, and you sign off when nothing depends on me.

You pay per stage and can stop at any acceptance.

How the stages run, in a method I call Launch to Own

What you can count on

Written down, and yours

The business plan, the conditions and the knowledge base belong to you from day one. No licence, no exit fee.

Acceptance

Signed acceptances

Every stage ends with an acceptance you sign, against targets set in Design.

Control

You can stop

You pay per stage and can stop at any acceptance.

Capacity

A small number of launches

Boutique by design: 3–5 launches per quarter.

Next step

Let's scope your next launch.

In 45 minutes I tell you where your launch is likely to stall and whether Design is the right next step.

3-month Design · From €65k, fixed fee · Work product is yours

If Design ends in a no-go, you stop after three months with a written answer and all the work product. No licence, no exit fee. I take on 3–5 launches per quarter.
