Launch to Own

Four stages, from your decision to a business line your team runs without me. You accept each stage before the next one starts.

A method I call Launch to Own runs in four stages: Design Prove Scale and Transfer. It ends with your team running the business line.

The four stagesSelect a stage
Stage 01 · Design

In Design I set who you sell to, at what price and through which channel.

Three months. Strategy and business plan, plus the six conditions a launch needs, written down and briefed to whoever runs it. It ends with your go or no-go, and everything produced belongs to you.

The six conditions I set

  • 01 Owner and acceptance criteria
  • 02 Incentives that reward the launch
  • 03 Target buyer and definitions
  • 04 Model, price and channel role
  • 05 AI-ready knowledge base and process
  • 06 Operator brief
Stage 02 · Prove

Prove is where the market answers, first with signals, then with repeat orders.

Your team or an execution partner runs the first launches. I lead, report back and manage internal stakeholders. You accept it twice: on the first market response (the first qualified meetings, trials or orders, measured against the targets set in Design), then on repeat orders.

Acceptance 1First market response
Acceptance 2Repeat orders

Scope

  • Launch plan and cadence
  • Partner steering
  • Reporting to sponsor
  • Stakeholder management
Stage 03 · Scale

Scale is where the launch becomes a business line with its own pipeline, people and numbers.

Your execution partners carry the volume: a product studio for the platform and digital backend, an agency for brand and sales enablement, or your own team. I keep the commercial logic intact while volume grows.

Scope

  • Partner steering
  • Partner delivery: platform, brand, enablement
  • Sales enablement
  • Sponsor reporting
Stage 04 · Transfer

Transfer is where I leave and the business line keeps running.

Roles, incentives, knowledge base and operating cadence move fully to your team. You sign it off when nothing depends on me.

Scope

  • Role and incentive handover
  • Knowledge base handover
  • Operating cadence
  • Exit review

How involvement shifts

My time goes down. Your ownership goes up.

Design is where I am fully in. From Prove on, your team and an execution partner carry the work. I stay as the lead: steering the partner, reporting back, and keeping internal stakeholders aligned until the business line runs without me.

Illustrative share of time by stage: my time falls from Design to Transfer while your team's share rises to full ownership.0255075100TIME SHARESTAGE 01DESIGNSTAGE 02PROVESTAGE 03SCALESTAGE 04TRANSFERILLUSTRATIVE

How I work

I lead the launch. Your team or a partner runs it.

Me

Lead and conditions

I set the conditions: target buyer, incentives and business model, and I write the brief for whoever runs it.

Execution partners

Build and run

Your internal team, a product studio for platform and backend, or an agency for brand and sales enablement. I steer them against the plan.

Trusted specialists

Depth on demand

A small bench of freelancers I bring in for depth and continuity, so the launch never hangs on one person.

Boutique by design: 3–5 launches per quarter.

Next step

Let's scope your next launch.

In 45 minutes I tell you where your launch is likely to stall and whether Design is the right next step.

3-month Design · From €65k, fixed fee · Work product is yours

If Design ends in a no-go, you stop after three months with a written answer and all the work product. No licence, no exit fee. I take on 3–5 launches per quarter.
